It means your server is a physical machine allocated exclusively to you. No hypervisor, no shared CPU, no other tenants. Every component — processor, memory, storage, network port — is yours and yours alone. When we say dedicated, we mean the hardware-level definition, not a marketing label.
Yes. You choose the CPU, RAM amount, storage configuration, RAID level, operating system, and network setup. We build to your exact specification. If you need hardware we don't list, contact us — we source from enterprise partners and can accommodate custom configurations.
We support Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux, CentOS Stream, and Windows Server. We can also deploy from your own ISO image if you need a specific OS or distribution. Full root/administrator access is included with every server.
Standard configurations ship within 24–48 hours. Custom hardware builds may take 3–5 business days depending on component availability. Once deployed, your server is fully accessible via SSH/RDP and IPMI for out-of-band management.
RAM and storage upgrades typically require a brief maintenance window of 15–30 minutes. CPU changes require hardware swaps and may involve longer downtime. We schedule all hardware work during your preferred maintenance window with advance notice.
We stock replacement parts on-site at every data center. Our monitoring detects failures immediately, and our on-site engineers begin replacement within 15 minutes of detection. Drives in RAID configurations can be hot-swapped with zero downtime. We guarantee hardware replacement within 4 hours under our SLA.
